Group HR Coordinator

HR is an important part of Sector Alarm's strategy, and to support our continuous growth we need to strengthen our HR-team with a Group HR Coordinator/Administrator.    As our new Group HR Coordinator, you will be exceedingly operative and hands on several of our most imperative company highways. You will be administrating and assisting on company events, HR and L&D concepts in Sector Alarm. You will join a highly competent HR-team in Group's headquarters located in Oslo and work closely with our Group Managers. Do you have customer service in your DNA, love organizing events and being proactive? Then you might be the colleague we are looking for!   

What are you going to do? 

• Organize Onboarding of new Group employees 
• Grow to become the go-to organizer for Group global courses, forums and happenings  
• Be a part of the project team who is responsible for structuring, realising and hands on our yearly events at Holmenkollen & the Summer Games 
• Procurement of course material and office supplies 
• Coordinate Group activities ad hoc

What are your experience and qualifications? 

• Relevant higher education and/or relevant job experience 
• Prior experience in coordinating inhouse and external activities from an international organization 
• Experience working with a matrix organization is desirable  
• High affinity for digital solutions and very good skills in MS Office 
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English 
• Flexibility to travel as required
