Project Manager Business Development & Strategy

We are seeking a driven, high performing candidate who will become part of Elkem's Business Development team on corporate level.

As Project Manager you will work with challenging and value-added projects across all business areas, and you will have the opportunity to influence overall development of Elkem. You will be given challenges that will contribute to your own development and at the same time create material value for the company. Workplace is Oslo. The position requires a substantial amount of traveling and high degree of flexibility.

The most important tasks will be:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for Elkem across our business areas
• Execute and lead M&A and related projects
• Support corporate and divisions in strategy development

We require the following qualifications:

• Masters degree with excellent academic results
• At least two to four years experience with strategic/economic analysis, valuation and business development
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Communicating fluently in English, both written and oral
• Desirable with international and M&A experience
• Experience with management consulting would be beneficial, but not necessary
• You are energetic, proactive and responsible
• You establish and develop relations in an excellent manner
• You have a strong passion for achievement and success, willing to go the extra mile
