Group Talent & Recruitment Manager

As our new Talent & Recruitment Manager you will bring about this imperative area in our growing business. You will be the head of recruitment highways and concepts in Sector Alarm, with a manager and subject matter responsibility. You will join a highly competent HR-team in Group’s headquarters located in Oslo and work closely with our National Recruitment Managers. What are you going to do?

• Own, challenge and drive forward our international recruitment highways and processes
• Create and implement a global employer branding strategy for Group
• Be hands on and operative in Group’s full-life cycle recruitment processes
• Collaborate with Group leaders to determine their current and expected recruitment needs while setting clear expectations around process, timeline, and communication
• Project managing the implementation of a new recruitment system
• Be the go to subject matter expert in Assessio’s assessment portfolio and recruitment
• Deliver training and support to National Recruitment Managers
• Share your knowledge and expertise with National and Global Recruitment Teams

What are your experience and qualifications?

• Relevant higher education
• Prior experience in the full-life cycle recruitment processes from an international organization
• Experience working with Employer Branding
• Experience working with recruitment on different social media platforms
• Strong understanding of psychometrics, DNV certified recruiter and/or certified in various test tools
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• High affinity for digital solutions and very good skills in MS Office
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English
• Flexibility to travel as required
