We are looking for an experienced candidate to be part of the Business Systems team as a Project Manager.

As a project manager at Emerson/Roxar you will be a central point and responsible for driving business system projects from inception to completion for various applications and sites. A project manager will work closely with the entire organization and implementation partners from the initial stage to the go-live and project closing. We seek an experienced candidate with passion for business application, technical knowledge and a drive to meet the digital future. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects according to the Stage-gate project management methodology
• Develop and manage project plans
• Track and report project status
• Risk evaluation and change management
• Manage Business Systems Change Orders
• Implement and document best practices and processes
• Technical owner of data management solutions including SharePoint solutions
• Provide technical and functional business system support
• If and when required, travel to manage projects or system implementation in other company locations such as Bergen, Cluj or regional offices

    Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Business System Analyst for ERP/PLM systems, preferably Oracle Ebs, MS CRM, SharePoint
• Basic database/SQL knowledge.
• Bachelor degree or higher within system implementation, project management, IT systems or similar. Other combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be qualifying
• Experience as Project Manager or Business System Analyst in implementations/upgrades or enhancements of business applications
• Strong organizational and presentation skills. Candidate must be able to create and manage a complex project plan in an efficient and timely manner
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, strong collaboration and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both oral and written.
