Senior Planner / Installation Planner

Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the project portfolio in Bergen is rapidly expanding. We are now recruiting several new employees to strengthen our teams and prepare for future growth.

Aker Solutions' planning department based in Bergen Norway consists of qualified and experienced planners. We are now looking for a talented Senior Planner / Installation Planner for a temporary position. 

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Take clear ownership to all plan activities within the planning group and the reporting departments and disciplines
• Create, use and maintain EPCI plan with logics and focus on critical path
• Continually improve the planning, scheduling and reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness
• Follow-up aggregated PEM milestone check
• Consider HSE&Q aspects in the sequencing and duration of activities
• Ensure that approved changes are implemented in plans and forecasts
• Contribute to preparation of necessary progress reports

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Bachelor or Master of Science/Economics
• Preferably minimum 5 year's experience with offshore multidiscipline planning, incl. module hook-up and/or shut down
• Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Preferable Software Skills: MIPS, TIME, Safran Project
• Good experience with EPCI planning
• Generally good at collaboration and communication both internally and towards clients
