Rental Coordinator

Job Description:

• Execute and coordinate recertification's of assets/tools, lifting equipment, field pressure testing equipment, frames, test hoses, and workshop container
• Coordinate refurbishment and mandatory maintenance of rental assets/tools on technical instruction from Technical Coordinator.
• Interacts mainly with Rental Technical coordinator, Rental Planner, Workshop, Material Coordinator, Purchaser, QA/QC, and HSEQ.
• Coordinate scope of work with relevant suppliers within area of responsibility under supervision of responsible purchaser.
• Organize, mark and create tool kits on instruction from Rental group
• Support Internal movements of assets/assemblies
• Supporting other departments when required.
• Support asset tracking (asset identification process)
• Working place is both in warehouse and office.
• Other work and tasks as instructed by Manager
• Executing work according to company rules and regulations, code of conduct and to our customer expectation.
• Identification and highlighting of challenges affecting Quality, Safety and HSE
• Create a good working environment with peers in Rental department and towards supporting departments.
• Constant drive improvement on quality, safety, observation cards, knowledge, professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Based on the need for support in other departments your skills and competence can be used for other similar tasks in surface international Norway.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of apprenticeship as technician. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience related to wellhead equipment and tools
• Team player with good ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching.
• Able to work independently on more varied tasks without direct supervision in order to successfully meet internal and external customer expectations.
• Structured and accurate
• Logical and pragmatic approach to work tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of Surface Wellhead technologies, specifically wellhead equipment, tooling and accessories (pup joints, handling joints, lifting subs etc.) .
• Good knowledge of lifting and handling equipment
• Good knowledge of hydraulic torque tools
• Good knowledge of field pressure testing equipment, specifically, test pumps, chart recorders and test hoses.
• Good technical understanding and capability of identifying spares and products
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Able to identify spares and products from drawings.
• Able to read technical description.
• Good knowledge in SAP service module.
