HR Business Partner

Job Description:
You will be point of contact for all HR-related issues in assigned Business Unit and be member of a leadership team. You will provide overall HR support to the business and demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude while complying with company policy. You are expected to contribute to the improvement of business performance from an HR perspective. Furthermore, you will implement global HR policies and proactively ensure that goals are met by the business. You will make decisions and learn from every situation. You will challenge, coach and support managers and employees. Together with managers you will identify talents and support development of employees in achieving their aspirations. You will drive change and ensure organizational development and growth together with managers, employees and unions.

Qualifications:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field (master is preferable) and minimum 5 years of experience within HR
• Have good business understanding
• Have good knowledge of employee/labor relations, labor laws and government regulations
• Are experienced in workforce planning, recruitment and talent management and have good knowledge of organizational development principles
• Have proven ability to coach and advice managers
• Can see the big picture, but still have an eye for structure and the details that matters
• Acknowledge diversity as an important asset in a great organization
• Have a strong sense of collaboration
• Can make decisions and learn from every situation.
• Are comfortable with high volume workload in a rapidly changing environment and able to manage multiple priorities
• Communicate well in Norwegian and English.
