- Contribute with strategic advise on the improvement and digitalization agenda in the company
- Market insight within the area of responsibility
- Plan, coordinate and execute improvement/digitalization projects
- Contribute to grow the awareness of the Improvement and digitalization initiatives and culture in the company
- Master degree within relevant subject
- Minimum 10 years experience
About you:
- You have a good knowledge of the oil & gas industry.
- Strong experience from improvement and digitalization work.
- Project manager experience.
- Good collaboration and communication skills
