We are currently recruiting for an Improvement and Digitalization Advisor to our office in Stavanger, Norway. As an Improvement and Digitalization Advisor you will work in the Integration & Improvement Department and be the subject matter expert and strategic advisor on continuous improvement and digitalization in Vår Energi. The role requires good business and value chain understanding and ability to work well across departments and functions and the ability to combine strategic and operational work.

Contribute with strategic advise on the improvement and digitalization agenda in the company
Market insight within the area of responsibility
Plan, coordinate and execute improvement/digitalization projects
Contribute to grow the awareness of the Improvement and digitalization initiatives and culture in the company

Education and experience:

Master degree within relevant subject
Minimum 10 years experience

About you:

You have a good knowledge of the oil & gas industry.
Strong experience from improvement and digitalization work.
Project manager experience.
Good collaboration and communication skills
