For our customer we are looking for Product project managers for permanent positions. Place of work is Kongsberg

Product Project Managers will be single-point of contact towards customers on sub-systems and product-matters.
Product Project Managers will manage project teams of engineers and other related team-members
Product Project Managers will be responsible for contractual obligations, HSE, Quality, Schedule, Risk and Cost.

The perfect candidate has excellent management and communication-skills, and ability to maintain focus and motivation also in face of stress and high demands.

Task
•Initiate project
•Mobilize the project in compliance with the mobilization schedule.
•Establish the project team in cooperation with resource owners.
•Ensure a proper Contract Review. Confirm understanding of and implement all requirements, specifications and clarifications of the Contract.
•Planning
•Ensure product schedule is established, implemented and maintained.
•Ensure work package budget is established.
•Project execution
•Perform risk management.
•Monitor and control project work and verify scope.
•Manage Project variations and changes.
•Report internally and externally on a regular basis.
•Communicate with Stakeholders.
•Project close-out
•Ensure proper close-out and handover of work package.
•Project team management
•Organize project team according to TechnipFMC processes and clarify roles and responsibilities.
•Lead project team including HSE, Quality, Schedule, Risk and Cost.
•Create an environment for motivating the project team through communication, making decisions and delegating.
•Prepare and present reports and presentations

Formal qualifications
Master or Bachelor’s degree within engineering, economy, administration or related areas
8 years’ work experience
Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system (e.g. Oracle, BAAN, Axapta, other)
Fluent English oral and written
Norwegian language skills are an advantage
