Senior Payroll Administrator

Introduction

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Payroll System is kept updated at all time
• Payroll System superuser, including support to end-users
• Manage and execute payment of payroll for all employees
• Payment and reimbursement of sick pay
• Provide required information to tax authorities and payment of payroll related taxes
• Balance payroll
• Be up to date on relevant legislation and requirements
• Be up to date on the tariff agreements
• All day-to-day salary related work tasks
• Act as deputy for Payroll Manager when needed

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor degree. Long relevant experience can compensate for the educational requirement
• Eperience from Payroll
• Skilled with technical systems within Payroll
• Experience with OCS or other payroll systems is necessary
• Good knowledge of rules and legislation related to salary
• Relevant experience from the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
