Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the project portfolio in Bergen is rapidly expanding. We are now recruiting several new employees to strengthen our teams and prepare for future growth.

Aker Solutions Instrument department based in Bergen consists of over 34 highly qualified Instrument engineers. The engineers are involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Services.

We now have an opening for  position as PRE Metering Engineer in Aker Solutions Bergen.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Specify, make Technical Requisition
• Purchase and following up metering supervicer system on Troll A deliver from vendor
• Specify, make technical specification, purchase and following up Leakage Detection System deliver from vendor
• Cooperation with SAS discipline due to integration og these systems topside on Troll A

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Metering and supervicer system experience and PRE from purchase and following up meetering system deliver from vendor.
• Software Skills: MIPS, SAP, TIME
• Language Skills: Written and Oral Norwegian and English
