Swedish or Finnish speaking International Recruiter

We are looking for a Swedish or Finnish speaking International Recruiter for an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing recruitment agency!

During 2018 we grew from 4 to 20 employees and today we work with 100 customers in over 25 countries. We are now looking for a Swedish or Finnish speaking recruiter to strengthen the team in Oslo further!

As an international recruiter, you will be working with the following tasks:

• Work with the full recruitment cycle, from A-Z
• Responsibility for your own recruitment projects with existing customers
• Create role descriptions and advertise vacancies in relevant channels
• Headhunt candidates using various portals and tools
• Screen applications and interview candidates via telephone, Skype and live
• Create candidate presentations and follow up the process with customers
• Match-make and build relationships with candidates and clients
• Work against weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets
  
  

 Requirements:

• Fluent speaker in Swedish/Finnish and English
• You are passionate about making a career, want to develop and love working with people
• You are structured, positive and goal-oriented
• You are interested in the recruitment industry
• You work efficiently both independently and in teams
• You have relevant education and/or experience in a similar role
