- At least 10 years of experience from the maritime business of which minimum 5 are in relevant sales work
- Good overall knowledge about the maritime industry and important ship systems
- Relations to ship owners, shipyards and consultants within the commercial maritime markets
- Technical maritime education primarily within power and propulsion systems on bachelor level
- Knowledge and experience within electric/hybrid and LNG fueled propulsion is an advantage
- A commercial attitude, good business acumen and negotiation skills
- Work efficiently with people from other cultures
