Nets delivers digital identity and payment services of critical significance for both customers and the communities within the Nordic countries. Over the past few years, a huge transformation has been started, migrating networks from old to new exciting technologies. This transformation will run for yet a few years ahead. 

Our ambitions reach across Europe, and we are constantly developing the existing services and seeking new opportunities. Our transformation also requires changes in IT operation, to support the Business in offering sustainable, scalable and modern Infrastructure Services, both when it comes to technology platform services as well as people skills. To support the high ambitions, Nets is seeking a proactive and responsible Lead of Network & Telecom Norway, to handle Nets´ Network infrastructure as well as our telecom services.

Want to be our new lead and fill in an important role?

You will be leading a team of six employees plus seven consultants in the department. Focus will be to work seamlessly across our geographies ensuring full alignment and optimal utilization of the entire capabilities across our Global Network & Telecom team in full alignment with the global team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensure operational stability and security in our corporate Network and Telecom services.
• Facilitate collaboration across the Danish and Norwegian team.
• Take an active and leading role of allocating and prioritizing resources for project activities.
• Continuously improve Network services development and professionalism.
• Management of resources:
  • Plan, lead and develop capabilities
  • Prioritize work
  • Planning resources
• Vendor, budget and profit and loss accountability.

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Knowledge of network and network technologies on a management level – including experience with ITIL.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience from a similar position.
• Experience from an ambitious and high-performance company.
