Arbeidsoppgaver:
Rapportering/Økonomi
- Bistå økonomiansvarlig i utarbeidelse av årsoppgjør og rapporteringer
- Identifisere områder for kostnadseffektivisering
- Bistå økonomiansvarlig i utvikling og oppfølging av selskapets internkontrollsystem innen innkjøp, økonomi og HR.
- Utarbeide lønnsgrunnlag/Innrapportering
- Innkjøp av G&A artikler
Regnskap
- Fakturering
- Bokføring
- Kontroll av inngående faktura
- Balanseavstemming
- Oppfølging kundefordringer
- MVA-avstemming
Kvalifikasjoner:
- BSc/MSc innen økonomi /Regnskap eller tilsvarende
- Minimum 5 års erfaring
- Engelsk skriftlig og muntlig
Personlige egenskaper/Interesser:
- Forretningsforståelse
- Kommersiell
- Proaktiv, initiativrik, løsningsorientert, detaljorientert og planmessig
- Motivator/relasjonsbygger
- Erfaring eller interesse med bruk av IT systemer
