Work Location: Oslo 

Startup: Asap 

Duration: 12 months

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Document handling/control for large sales projects

• Design and write marketing and sales documentation, including tender letters, promotion materials, press releases, project descriptions and presentations.

• Work in close collaboration with subject matter experts that contribute directly to the documentation

• Participate in preparation of technical and commercial offers

• Update our CRM system

• Create and update a system for templates and standard documentation

• Prepare and participate in customer meetings and customer events.

• Help identify and implement process improvements and documentation strategies

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Preferred knowledge/experience:

• MSc / BSc, any field of study

• Experience with writing or document production preferable

• Excellent written communication skills

• Structured and analytical

Language skills:

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Fluent in Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
