We have therefore decided to make digital a core competence, and are now recruiting new team members within the disciplines of development, data science and design. As a SATS team member you will work in interdisciplinary DevOps teams together with other SATS team members and external partners. You will be an important part of an autonomous team with a great passion for creating products and services that motivates, builds knowledge, and simplifies the customer experience. As a part of the SATS-team you should lead by example and be a self-starter who thrive in a creative, fast-paced and goal orientated environment. The Lead Product Designer at SATS plays a key role in the strategic, conceptual and visual phases of the products we build. You will be involved in finding user needs, defining product features and designing solutions to meet those needs. You will be reporting to Product Manager Mobile, and your main responsibility will be on the mobile team, making our apps phenomenal, but you will also have a responsibility for decisions that needs to be taken cross platforms. We think it is great if you:

Are a talented and experienced designer that can point to quality in your Portfolio.
Are passionate about your craft, and comfortable solving design tasks end to end.
Have the ability to create a long term vision, and see the big picture, at the same as you understand the importance of moving fast with a stepwise approach.
Enjoy the different stages in the design processes, from user insight, concept development, detailing and prototyping to testing and implementation.
Quickly get into complex issues, identify the core of the problem, and are able to see solutions that scale.
Are up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and technologies.
Are motivated by the possibilities of technology and data-driven decisions to achieve greater personalization.
Understand the benefits of creating and maintaining a design system that makes customer experiences easier and development faster.
Care deeply about user feedback, and are interested and curious about facts in order to create even better designs.

We think it is a bonus if you have an interest in and experience with:

Industry standard design systems and principles, e.g Material Design.
Innovation Methodology (e.g. Lean Startup and Design Thinking).
