For our Norwegian team in Oslo, we are looking for an Analytic Consultant for Retail Clients
What’s the job?
Do you want to drive business by building a relationship with one of our retailer clients? We offer the next challenge for you, who want to be responsible for driving and implementing the agreed business plan and delivering value for the client. The main challenge will be to strengthen our relationship with both local and global contacts and to keep delivering value-adding consultation and client satisfaction. You will be located in Oslo and will report to the Norwegian Retail Leader. The successful candidate will need to have excellent social competences, commercial sense and be analytical.
Your key responsibilities:
- To develop and retain strong continuous relationships with important client contacts.
- Deepen the relationships with the clients by working towards mutually agreed targets and priorities.
- To deliver counselling insights and recommendations in business issues that matter to our clients.
- To contribute to the development of client accounts and grow our revenue and increase client satisfaction.
- Pitching new retailer solutions
- Bring initiative and have the ability to work both independently and as a contributing team member.
- Increase visibility of Nielsen at clients.
About you!
We expect you to possess:
- Minimum 2-3 years commercial experience within the FMCG sector on sales / marketing / category management related positions.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English language.
- University degree within business, statistics, marketing or equal
- Significant experience of success with clients both on a strategic and tactical level.
- Business acumen and ability to create efficient networks both internally and externally.
- Experience in creating and presenting a valuable presentations
- High personal drive and capability to work independently
- Analytical mind-set and the ability to interpret and present data in a challenging and insightful way.
