Chefs for daytime work
On behalf of our customers we are looking for experienced, forward-thinking chefs who are passionate about culinary arts. If you are passionate about the food and have prior experience as a chef, we invite you to apply today. Our customers are looking for both permanent chefs, and chefs for temporary assignments. We work with cutomers in the restaurant, hotel, catering and canteen industry. Mostly daytime, but also evening and weekends.
Whatever your situation, we are interested in talking to you to hear what you want and see what we can offer.
Arbeidsoppgaver
- Preparing hot and cold meals
- Follow the menus and budget established by the canteen leader
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with the canteen leader / head chef
Arbeidstid
Mostly daytime
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
- Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (preferred)
- 3+ years' experience as a chef from restaurant, catering or canteen
- Dedicated to food quality and control
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards (IK-mat and HACCP)
- Fluent scandinavian or english language
Personlige egenskaper
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent
- Outgoing
