Managing Director Maritime Services

OSM Maritime has experienced an increased demand for value adding services, that in its nature does not fit within the present main business areas, but has a significant potential. It is decided to establish this as a separate Business Area within OSM Maritime. 

The service portfolio will encompass: 

• PMS management & Vessel IT Services
• Vessel Inspections
• Dry Docking
• “New services” to be developed.

The business is based on OSM’s capabilities and client relationships, and synergetic with the existing business.

THE CHALLENGE:

• To develop and grow existing business and develop new business areas, with full P&L responsibility
• To commercialize and to grow existing-and new Value Adding Services
• To develop existing client relations, acquire new clients and develop them into long term clients
• To grow the business both organically and through partnerships and/or  M&A.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a relevant university degree (Maritime, BA/ Economics, Commercial/Marketing, Technology)
• Has knowledge and interest in technology driven solutions
• Has experience in both strategic-and operative sales processes
• Has successful and relevant experience within shipping or the maritime industry
• Has an executive approach, interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model

MD Maritime Services reports to the CEO of OSM Maritime, and will be a part of the Executive Management Team. The remuneration package will be competitive.
