We are looking for a Portfolio & Reserves Administrator

Head Energy is glad to offer the following contract position as Portfolio & Reserves Administrator.

In this role you will work in close collaboration with Local Reserves Manager and have responsibilities for assisting in company reporting, splitting reserves and associated cost profile book keeping and compliance controls. You will also part take in continuous improving work processes, procedures and routines related to reserves, resources and production long term plans.

Job Description:

• Perform reserves and resources controls and accounting in compliance with external and Corporate procedures

• Assist in tasks interfacing company software

• Ensure consistency between Business and Strategic Plan and reserves profiles

• Ensure consistency between Reserves Forecasts and year-end proven reserves volumes

• Ensure update of company reserves database during quarterly updates

• Provide assistance to audit inquiries

• Detect inconsistencies on data input in company software provided by units such as Planning, Finance, Partner Operated Assets, Operations and Exploration

Preferred knowledge/skills:

• Excellent skills in MS Excel (Pivots and Tables).

Education/Experience:

• MSc in Finance or Reservoir Engineering

• 5+ years in E&P industry in similar roles related to analytics, controlling, reservoir engineering

Language:

• Norwegian
• English
