VP Investor Relations

Höegh LNG is looking to hire a VP Investor Relations. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the company is appropriately positioned with analysts, investors and other capital market participants. Further, the role is responsible for ensuring a consistent investment message to the investment community and for keeping the market informed about developments and events that may influence the companys securities in a proactive, reliable, consistent and transparent manner. The function shall also plan, drive and document the annual corporate strategy process and provide analysis supporting top management in their strategy work. It shall also support Höegh LNG Partners in its investor relations and strategy work.

The position is included in Höegh LNGs Finance division located at Skøyen in Oslo and reports directly to the CFO.

Job description

• Plan and execute a continuous two-way dialogue with the investor community (equity and debt capital market investors and analysts), ensuring that Höegh LNG's equity and credit story is well understood, and that feed-back is reflected in internal reporting and strategy work.
• Develop and maintain the company's communication platforms with the investor community, hereunder websites, company presentations, conferences, road shows and capital market days
• Plan and execute the process of producing quarterly and annual reports, as well as the formulation and release of stock exchange notices
• Plan, drive and document the annual corporate strategy process
• Perform ad-hock analysis supporting the strategic development of the company
• Maintain the financial model for Höegh LNG Partners
• Perform ad-hock analysis supporting investment decisions and the strategic development of Höegh LNG Partners and provide support in investor relations work

Qualifications

• Masters degree in economics, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably with international exposure
• Strong corporate finance expertise
• Established relationships in relevant capital markets
• Solid computer skills
• Proficiency in English
