Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for talented and motivated professional to fill the role of: Technical Support Engineer

In this role you will be working with:

First line technical support to key customers and distributors during in-design of modules
RF modules in the 169 – 2450 MHz range with wireless communication protocols (IoT) such as Wireless M-Bus, IEEE 802.15.4, 6LoWPAN, Sigfox, ZigBee
Debugging and test of customer HW and SW
Creating application notes and other technical documents to support customers
Other technical tasks within RF HW design, PCB design, RF module quality assurance (SPC and root cause analysis)

You should have:

Bachelor or Master degree in electronics, or relevant hands-on experience
1 – 3 years of experience in electronics development or wireless communication
Solid knowledge of microcontroller programming, wireless communication and RF circuits
Other relevant experience is PCB design, RF HW design, antenna design, RF measurements, Python or LabView programming, QA methods and statistical analysis
Fluent in written and spoken English
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Result oriented, customer focus and service minded
Have excellent time management skills and attentive to details and quality
