Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for talented and motivated professional to fill the role of: Technical Support Engineer

In this role you will be working with:

• First line technical support to key customers and distributors during in-design of modules
• RF modules in the 169 – 2450 MHz range with wireless communication protocols (IoT) such as Wireless M-Bus, IEEE 802.15.4, 6LoWPAN, Sigfox, ZigBee
• Debugging and test of customer HW and SW
• Creating application notes and other technical documents to support customers
• Other technical tasks within RF HW design, PCB design, RF module quality assurance (SPC and root cause analysis)

You should have:

• Bachelor or Master degree in electronics, or relevant hands-on experience
• 1 – 3 years of experience in electronics development or wireless communication
• Solid knowledge of microcontroller programming, wireless communication and RF circuits
• Other relevant experience is PCB design, RF HW design, antenna design, RF measurements, Python or LabView programming, QA methods and statistical analysis
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Result oriented, customer focus and service minded
• Have excellent time management skills and attentive to details and quality
