Working alongside the CEO this key position will be responsible for finding the best resources at the best prices, keep the manufacturing process on schedule and ensure cost efficiency in all parts of production, logistics and distribution.

Alongside all of the technical stuff, we're looking for a passionate individual, someone who isn't counting down the minutes until it's time to leave for the day. We've already built something great, but we're looking to take it to the next level. Main Responsibilities

Work closely with Design, Marketing and Finance, to develop and execute Seasonal Buy Plans
Find and communicate with Suppliers and Manufactures
Plan, follow up and lead development process of new products
Negotiate prices and place orders
Develop and maintain Supplier Manuals
Generate Business Analysis and tools to track and optimize sales performance and inventory levels
Plan and manage deadlines as it relates to Collection Development and Production
Sales forecast and pricing
Summarize in-season learnings to optimize future-season strategies and line plans
Analyze sales and give product feedback to ensure that sales target can be achieved
Identify key trends and maximize opportunities to achieve continued growth and profitabilities (product flow, order levels, pricing, re-orders)
Plan and keep track of all orders and deliveries from suppliers to warehouse

Qualifications and experience

3+ years of experience in a Merchandise Planning or Buying role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of retail financials with strong analytical skills to both create and evaluate forecasts, metrics and large data sets
Advanced Excel skills
Willingness to learn various BI systems and is not dependent upon others for systems-related tasks
Excellent English skills both verbal and written
Thinks creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and solve problems
Ability to be entrepreneurial and take initiative
Great sense of humour, positive outlook, and able to effectively receive and communicate feedback in the moment
