Completion Engineers

We are now looking for Completion Engineers to strengthen our organisation to support development of our oil discovery offshore in Ghana.

We are looking for both new graduates and experienced veterans.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Prepare the completion part of the Well Program, supervise the operation, analyse the performed work and contribute to the experience transfer and continuous improvements in the well project
• Support the development drilling team in delivery of well SOR
• Perform completion engineering services in the well project, onshore and offshore, in order to accomplish the established objectives and plans
• Actively participate in relevant technical networks as well as screening of new equipment and methodology for completion
• Prepare cost and time estimates

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a recognised university in relevant Engineering discipline
• From 2+ years' well engineering and operational experience preferred however, candidates with the right background but less experience will be considered
• Preferred experience includes deepwater / West Africa drilling experience, as well as experience working in remote locations and new country start-ups
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
