Technical Superintendent is Responsible for:

• Follow-up of ships in operation
• Ability and capacity to follow-up vessel maintenance program in  TM-Master
• Planning & manage maintenance and ship-repair/dry-docking
• Ensure compliance to IMO, Class and Statuary requirements
• Motivate and follow up on vessel HSE performance
• Budgetary responsibility for assigned ships
• Report to the technical manager
• Working in close cooperation with the HSEQ department for improvement and streamlining of the company SMS

Prefered qualifications:

• Relevant technical / Nautical background
• Experience in equivalent tasks within shipping, classification and/or shipyards
• Able to work in a structured and independent manner
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Efficient reporting
  
• Go-ahead spirit, positive attitude and excellent team work ability is all highly appreciated.
