Our Reservoir Development team is looking for a VP Reservoir Development New Projects to strengthen our organization in Oslo, Norway. This role is expected to provide reservoir development coordination and quality deliveries for new projects offshore Ghana in deep waters.

Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:

Lead and coordinate reservoir development activities for new projects
Support the business goals of the company
Establish and communicate drainage strategies, risks, uncertainties and volume / production estimates
Ensure prudent reservoir management strategies and quality analysis is embedded in project deliveries
Responsible for reservoir development deliveries through early phase, project execution phase, well planning phase, drilling of development wells and production start-up phase
Personnel responsible for Reservoir Development staff
Work closely with VP Reservoir Development Central Team
Regular work place in Oslo, but visits to Ghana / Accra will be required

Qualifications / Personal Attributes:

Minimum Master's degree with 15+ years' relevant experience
Sound understanding of all subsurface disciplines
Ability and experience with leading and working in cross-disciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Female applicants are especially encouraged to apply
Experience with deep water projects will be beneficial – but not a must
Experience with international projects is beneficial – but not a must
