We are seeking a Quality coordinator to join our quality team in Bergen. The right candidate has higher relevant education within the quality and/or food industry. Your main responsibility will be within claim and complaint handling. Main responsibilities

Claim and complaint handling
Be a support to the sales team
Process and product documentation
Support process improvement
Contribute with training of staff
Perform Internal and external audits
Assist in certification processes
Dialogue with authorities and understanding of regulations

Competence and qualifications

Degree in industrial food science / aquaculture / quality
Relevant job experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Ability to see new solutions and improve processes
Positive attitude and eager to learn
Technical understanding
Organized and structured
Thorough and has an eye for details
Results and solution oriented
Ability to handle stressful situations
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Excellent computer skills
Have great interest in our industry

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic work environment and to be part of our Quality team in a world leading salmon company. As our Quality coordinator you will be working close with the quality team and be a support function for our sales department. You should be adaptable and handle various tasks and change of work demands, also enjoy a hectic work environment. The position is located in Bergen and report to Team leader quality. Travelling will be required.
