Are you a skilled project planner with Primavera & Subsea experience?

Our customer`s Subsea Project Planning team based in Fornebu, Norway is responsible for pro-active time management and forecasting of subsea production system deliverables.

Due to increased workload and expansion we are looking for another experienced Senior Project Planner to join our planning team. You will be developing and maintaining high quality schedules together with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering, and be supporting other locations around the world.

Responsibilities and tasks 

• Actively participate in planning, analyzing, forecasting and prioritizing of execution at all stages
• Establish work-breakdown structure in SAP and Primavera in accordance with procedures
• Monitor engineering, procurement and construction activities
• Report progress and ensure performance of required planning activities with execution of our tenders and projects
• Highlight and comment irregularities / criticalities and propose corrective actions
• Assist in change analysis
• Establish recovery plans if/when necessary
• Follow project execution model for execution
• Actively support improvement initiatives within project and company

Qualifications & personal attributes 

• Minimum Bachelor degree within Engineering or Business discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience within project planning
• SAP, Primavera or Safran experience preferred
• Subsea project or product experience preferred
• Analytical, structured and strong ability to handle complexity
• Proven experience of large and complex subsea or topside projects with many stakeholders
• Used to working in a multiple discipline environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
