Skretting ARC is currently looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Process Engineer to join our team.  In this role, you will be a key playerin securing optimal production conditions and continuous development of the Skretting ARC Feed Technology Plant.

Main tasks include:

  • Responsible for planning and execution of production trials in accordance with protocols and procedures, including data treatment and reporting of results
  • Increase production efficiency and quality of feed through innovative solutions
  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice production standards in the plant
  • Active participation in the Skretting Technical Network, focusing on sharing of knowledge, best practices and learnings, and implementing these in the plant
  • Contribute in plant engineering projects
  • Give training and support to staff within area of expertise
  • Participate in the daily feed production

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc in feed/food/engineering/chemistry sector or similar
  • Relevant work experience, which may include a MSc in one of the above-mentioned educational areas
  • Demonstrated process management skills and strong problem solving skills

Personal skills:

  • Innovative mindset, including a hands-on and target oriented mentality
  • Solid communication skills, both written and oral, including the English language

The working location is Stavanger, Norway. Stavanger is located in the beautiful south of Norway with easy international connectivity and high quality international schooling for children. The working language is English, although Norwegian is mostly used in the day-to-day work at the Feed Technology Plant
