Job Description:
- System discipline lead in projects with overall responsibility for the system design of GT package and auxiliary modules.
- In project execution phase represent systems engineering in client meetings, supplier meeting, internal project and production meetings.
- Secure quality and on time delivery of customer documentation according to project SMDR.
- Responsible for the project P&ID’s and represent project in P&ID reviews with customer.
- Participate in Hazop reviews.
- BOM structure in ONCE and Oracle (ERP).
- Secure that system design, drawings, specification, components, materials and procedures are in line with client processes and complies with customer specifications, international standards and local regulations.
- Procurement specifications for system equipment, components and material.
- Assist and participate FAT’s and MC activities
- Review and approve documentation from suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in piping/instrumentation or thermodynamics.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with packaging design of rotating equipment to oil and gas market, onshore and offshore.
- Experienced with Pressure Vessel design and applicable standards and regulations such as ASME VIII, PED, NR-13 etc. Expert in P&ID’s. Read, understand and explain.
- Experienced with design according to applicable international standards such as API614, ISO 21789, ASME etc.
- Experienced with Hazop review with clients.
- Experienced with IT tools required in Engineering (Excel, Word, databases, PDF editor...)
- Documented basic Ex training including experience with IEC, ATEX, CSA, GOST, INMETRO etc.
- Good English skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to adapt and execute task on short notice.
