Job Description:
- Structural analysis
- Rotor dynamic analysis (lateral)
- Secure that engineering work is performed are in line with Client processes and complies with customer specifications, international standards and local regulations.
- Finite Element structure stress analysis and evaluation.
- Finite Element dynamic analysis and evaluation.
- Finite Element fluid analysis and evaluation.
- Rotor dynamic analysis and evaluation.
- Vibration measurements, analysis and evaluation.
- Acoustic evaluation and developing project specific procedures for acoustic noise measurements.
- Shaft alignment evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Masters degree .
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with packaging design of rotating equipment to oil and gas market, onshore and offshore.
- Experienced with Finite Element analysis, Rotor dynamic analysis, Vibration analysis, acoustic analysis.
- Experienced with international standards and design compliance with applicable API, DNV, ASME, ISO, EUROCODE.
- Technical knowledge of rotating equipment from the oil- and gas business.
- Familiar/Confident user with IT tools required in Engineering (NASTRAN, NX/Teamcenter, Excel, Word, PDF editor...)
- Good English skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to adapt and execute task on short notice.
