Data Warehouse Engineer

Kverneland Group IT is responsible for development, implementation and operation of all IT-systems in the group. Our main purpose is to deliver competitive advantage through smart use of IT. We are responsible for the group's overall international infrastructure and systems portfolio, as well as providing solutions for Kubota Corporation. We are now looking to hire a Data Warehouse Engineer. Main areas of responsibility:  

• Maintain and operate data warehouses and responsible for business intelligence related to the technical side. This includes setting up new links in data warehouses and performing a performance tuning. 
• Responsible for creating and improve reports and statistics related to Data warehouse and BI.
• The candidate will also be involved in the development and improvement of other technical areas within the IT department.  

Education and personal requirements:  

• Relevant education M.Sc. / B.Sc in computer engineering, system development or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
• Good knowledge of Data integration and ETL processes, Data modelling, MS SQL, Oracle and or other databases.  
• Knowledge about Analysis services as SSAS and PowerBI, Azure and general IT competence.  
• English and Norwegian as a working language, written and oral.
