Job Description:
- Preform studies
- Estimate studies and projects
- Produce new and revise existing documentation and drawings
- Produce work packages for installation
- Produce deliverables for studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work
- Produce documentation for Safety and Automation Systems (SAS)
- Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project
- Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation
- Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines
- Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master degree within relevant area
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from instrument engineering in large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf
- Have good knowledge to laws, standards and norms applicable for the discipline
- Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian(preferable) both orally and in writing
- Have a cooperative working attitude
- Be systematic and accurate
- Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Have the ability to see multiple design – cases (solution oriented)
