Sector Alarm is experiencing strong growth in our European markets, and in order for IT to support this growth, we are strengthening the IT function in several areas. We are now looking for a Senior Network Specialist with relevant IT education and experience from large complex network and security solutions. You will be part of the Network and Security team in the IT department with main focus on design and operation of the company's European WAN. The most current platform you will work with is Cisco, and relevant experience with this system can compensate for lack of education. Tasks:

Maintaining local and regional network operation and stability
Maintaining international network operational and stability
Designing new and innovative network and security solutions
Implementation of network solutions and design
Troubleshooting
Optimization of existing operations
Documenting existing and new operations, solutions and designs

Qualifications

BSc or MSc is preferred, relevant senior network experience may compensate for lack of a formal background
Cisco CCNA or higher is required. Lack of which may be considered with relevant proof of experience
At least 5 years operational experience from large complex networks is a must
Must be have excellent oral and written English skills
Preferably oral and written Norwegian skills
