QA Engineer

For one of our clients in Kristiansand we are now looking for a QA Engineer:

* Participate in development and maintenance of the clients Quality Management System
* Development and maintenance of BPM system (including procedures and how to documentation) and aligning with global QA policies and instructions
* Participate in internal audits
* Facilitate audits of Customers or Authorities
* Customer feedback and non-conformance handling, implementation of corrective and preventive actions
* Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators
* Monitor and follow up that the work is in compliance with established processes/procedures/how-to documentation
* PIMS handling/facilitating and analysis of data

We are looking for a candidate with:
* Experience from a QA-function and relevant standards such as ISO9001 and API Q1
* Process oriented and good understanding of the BPMN standard
* An eye for detail, combined with a solution-minded approach
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good cooperation skills and ability to lift team motivation
* Good English language, both written and oral
* College education (minimum Bachelor) within a technical field (preferably engineering), solid experience from QA and QC related work can be accepted
* Ability to adapt to change and who enjoys a fast-paced environment
* A top motivated candidate
