Head Energy is glad to offer the following contract position as Buyer

 

Job Description:

• RFQ & negotiations.
• Supplier responsible for defined suppliers
• Keep item information updated; hereof lead time, cost, country of origin and other relevant item setting information (commercial and compliance information). 
• Identify and select primary and secondary suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and expedite orders.
• Coordinate contract agreements between suppliers and Client.
• Verify the purchase orders and keep PO status up to date.
• Actively pursue cost reduction programs with suppliers coordinated with category management to lower cost and improve service or material availability.
• Evaluate and/monitor vendor performance in accordance with established processes and systems. 
• Perform daily operation with high focus on date management in accordance with KPIs defined by management
• Perform purchasing support “tophat” for other facilities
• Ensuring that daily operations are carried out using Clients tools and systems
• Close cooperation with engineering and manufacturing engineer related to selection of optimal components to comply with engineering requirements, design and commercial requirements. 
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
