In Controls & Automation(C&A) we execute R&D and management of products, systems and services for the Subsea production and Workover Control Systems which enables safe and efficient operation of Subsea Oil and Gas Production and Intervention Systems. The Control Systems provide functionality for monitoring and optimization of oil and gas production. We also execute the Control System project deliveries including design, engineering, fabrication and system integration of C&A product portfolio SCU(Subsea Control Unit), SPCU(Subsea Power and Communication Unit), HPU(Hydraulic Power Unit), SCM(Subsea Control Module), SEM(Subsea Electronic Module), MPFM(Multiphase Flow Meter), Instruments(wide range of instruments on XT and manifold), electrical-actuators, electrical distribution, hydraulic distribution, power system, communication system and SW system.Do you want to join us to shape the future of Subsea Control Systems? To meet new challenges and opportunities, we have an opportunity for an ambitious and motivated HW developer to join our Electronics department in the Controls & Automation product line. Our new team member will be working with development of HW/Communication/System products for our next generation of All-Electric Control System utilizing game changing breakthrough technologies shaping the future of Subsea Control Systems.As our new team member you'll be working with:Establishing design concepts, conducting detailed design and performing functional and environmental qualification on unit and system level. Industrializing the electronic products in collaboration with product engineering, including SW department, mechatronics department, TFMC manufacturing organization and electronics manufacturing supplier(s).

Our candidate has the following competency background:

Education as BSc or MSc in electrical/electronic/physics/controls engineering.Design experience in one or more of the following competencies: digital systems utilizing FPGA/SOC, microprocessors, microcontrollers, ASICS, IP-technology, sensor networks(CANBUS, Serial interfaces), low level software and firmware for custom HW.

Knowledge in design of electrical/electronic boards and assemblies for use in one or more of the following applications: power supplies, power switches, power line modems, sensor networks, processor modules, network modules, interface boards and interconnect solutions. Experience in use of EDA tools (ALTIUM, CADSTAR, MATLAB, PSPICE, SIMULINK) for schematic entry, analogue/digital simulation and design verification. Competency in use of advanced lab instrumentation such as: data acquisition tools, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum analyser, power analysers, Ethernet tools and IR tools.
