Operations Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for ensuring that all MudCube systems in operation perform to our customers satisfaction.

• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it and deal with problems by providing creative and practical improvements and suggestions.

• Responsible for personnel planning.

• Responsible for training and development of our field supervisors.

• In cooperation with Supply Chain: responsible for required spare parts and consumables at all time are available at customer location.

• In cooperation with sales team, prepare and follow up commercial offers for aftersales.

• In cooperation with technology development contribute with input for further development of the MudCube technology.

• Internal and external reporting as may be required.

• Self-propelled and with capacity for hard work.

• University degree at bachelor’s level within petroleum or drilling and well technologies.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within drilling operations/drilling equipment.

• Technical skills, In depth knowledge of solids control in drilling operations.
