Kverneland Group Klepp is now looking for an administrator of Sharepoint Online/Office365 for a permanent position. Kverneland Group is rolling out sharepoint online with office365 as document management system, intranet and collaboration platform (project rooms and teams) to the whole Group.

Key areas of responsibility and tasks:

Project management:

Roll out of SharePoint DMS/Intranet/Teams etc to our entities in Europe
Roll out of changes and new functionality

Architectural responsibility:

Provide long-term perspective on the relationship between Sharepoint Online/Office365 and the business opportunities for the company
Maintain and improve the governance structure

Admin and user support:

Set up sites/libraries/project rooms/teams etc
Add, adapt webparts, workflows etc
Implementation of new functionality
Second line support and user training
Creating user manuals

Qualifications:

Experience with the technology of Sharepoint online/office 365
Programming skills (PowerShell) can be an advantage
Higher education within information technology or similar
Knowledge of standard functionality and the user side of Sharepoint in general
Talk and write English fluently
Must be able to learn and keep up to date with new technologies
We need a person with initiative and structure
