Innledning

One of our clients within Oil & Gas are now looking for a Project Controller to strenghten their team.

The Project Controller is responsible for the cost and commercial monitoring and reporting for a dedicated project portfolio. For the project portfolio, the Project Controller will support project management and make sure that budgeting, forecasting and period end review is done in accordance with the Company Standard. The Project Controller shall always keep track of the financial progress of the project.

Duration: 12 months

Arbeidsoppgaver

Field of responsibility:

The Project Controller shall ensure that there is predictability in financial reporting within the given project portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, the following area of responsibility:

• Understand all the commercial aspects of the contract
• Establish and organize data for invoicing
• Invoice the customer
• Examination and control of incoming invoices
• Obtain and control of weekly reports
• Prepare monthly period end process in accordance with the Company Standard
• Monthly analysis of the financial status through period end review
• Preparation and assistance with regards to monthly update of forecast
• Preparation of reports to the customer
• Attend meetings with the project management
• Reconciliation of paid manhours vs billed manhours
• Compare project performance across dedicated portfolio
• Analyze discrepencies between tender and financial performance
• Assist tender department with financial analysis in tendering process when neccesary
• Make sure that all processes linked to PPC in Company Standard is applied rigorously in dedicated portfolio

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Bachelor degree within field of study or three years of relevant experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand contracts and complex compensation format
• Precise and conscientious
