On behalf of a client which provides comprehensive repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of rotating equipment worldwide, are we looking for a Service Engineer to their workshop. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of compressors and mechanical experience in general.
As the leading independent provider of repair services, our client can offer reliable, effective and efficient solutions to challenges of any brand of rotating equipment. Furthermore the company help to reduce maintenance costs and increase availability of machinery with rapid response and quick turnarounds.
Arbeidsoppgaver
As a Service Engineer you will be involved in all aspects of the workshop, which include the following:- inspect compressors and create reports
- strip and rebuild refurbished or new equipment
- overhauling and final assembly
- comply with risk assessment and safety procedures
- all other duties as relevant to the position
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
- mechanical experience
- good knowledge of compressors and/or rotation equipment
- forklift licence
- overhead crane license
