Main responsibilities and tasks
- Handling of documentation internally, against client and supplier
- Check that documents are in compliance with company and client procedures
- Distribution of documentation using company tools
- Manage documents for comments and approval ensuring traceability at all levels
Qualifications & personal attributes
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience with document control
- Bachelor degree in administration or similar
- Systematic, conscientious and cooperative
- Excellent computer skills with Document Controller systems, for instance ProArc
- Excellent communication skills in English/Norwegian, both verbal and in writing
- We are looking for someone who is flexible, a team-player, curious and willing to learn.
This is a permanent staff position based at Kristiansand.
