WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a Service Coordinator you will, in accordance with the established services and field service plans, secure a safe and high-quality execution and completion of field service works to our stakeholders’ satisfaction. You ensure that we meet the targets of field service works related to execution-, financial-, quality- and HSE. And you follow up of the individual Field Service jobs from start to finish, including any reporting and financial follow up. In addition, you will:
- give department input to development of HSE processes, methodology, tools, and competency, working methods and routines to secure
stakeholder’s satisfaction and to secure Wärtsilä Norway Services defined targets.
- on a continuous basis update the various computerized tools being used for field service management and reporting.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Our candidate is responsible for the planning of field service jobs and projects to ensure quality of the job preparations and subsequently controlling the field service works execution. You focus on execution to ensure the completion of the field service works; to be on time and within agreed budget and strategy.
You are a strong team player as you will cooperate with other departments and stakeholders to meet defined targets and strategies of Wärtsilä Norway Services.

You have good communication skills as you will communicate internally and externally, and you are also capable to work in different environments. The position also require that you are structured.
You have a relevant technical education or equivalent and are familiar with E&A products and operations. Preferable with previous experience as service coordinator and/or project coordination
Good command in English, both oral and written are required.
