Decisions is growing fast, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling Decisions Meeting Management software (SaaS) to new accounts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business and account plans for attaining or exceeding your assigned quota.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Grow and develop the pipeline through supporting inbound marketing tactics, new business development and executing outbound sales activities 
  • Prospecting, proposing, and winning new business in targeted organizations and verticals 
  • Develop customer relationships to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue, and obtain additional business 
  • Understand the markets in which Decisions and its customers compete and the associated market conditions 
  • Assess competitor's strategy and neutralize with a competitive counter strategy 
  • Product demonstrations and presentations 

Required Skills
  • Passion for customers, technology, and sales 
  • Proven experience in consultative sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS software 
  • Ability to listen to client needs and identify opportunities 
  • High degree of creativity, self-management, and drive 
  • Eagerness to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment 
  • Possess superb written and verbal communication skills 
  • 2+ years of quota carrying proven sales experience 
  • Track record of over achieving quota 
  • Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner 
  • Candidates are expected to be able to converse fluently at all contact levels within an organization from the C-level 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Willingness to travel as needed
