Responsibilities and tasks:

Perform full structural capacity analysis in Abaqus of a modified HE latch connector
Prepare analysis report and attend testing
Update analysis and corresponding documentation, if/where necessary

Qualifications & personal attributes:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. with solid background within solid mechanics and finite element analysis
Must have 5+ years' work experience as an FEA analyst within subsea projects
Full proficiency with Abaqus/CAE
Knowledge of Python and Matlab is a plus
Knowledge of ISO 13628-7 is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness
Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner
Ability to work in teams
