Kvaerner is a market leader in the Norwegian oil and gas market and is now preparing for new projects. The Plan & Schedule Department is responsible for planning of all projects to be performed in Kvaerner and is currently looking for candidates for Planner Electro, Instrument and Telecom activities.

Work place is Stord. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Establish activities and dependencies between activities as well as analyzes in the network
• Time spread according to norms, amounts and budget
• Update of hours on activity based on Job card calculation
• Follow up status and progress
• Monitor and maintain the network
• Reporting and communication in project and basis
• Monitor, analyze as well as notify and communicate status
• Make impact assessments of changes
• Establish and maintain good communication between the plan and other disciplines / departments in the project. Plan is a service function for others

Qualifications:
• Good leadership skills
• Electro, Instrument and Telecom experience within Construction, Engineering, or Completion
• Knowledge of Safran planning system is an advantage, but not a requirement when training will be given
• Manage general data tools
• Good written and oral communication skills Norwegian and English
• Ability and willingness to learn new things
• Good collaborative skills and interest in working in a project team
• Customer focus
