Danske Bank is looking for Debt capital markets originator

We in Danske Bank are looking for an analytical Originator to become a part of our Debt Capital Markets team in Oslo. Is that you?

You will become part of a proactive and result-oriented team in which an accomplished employee is given the opportunity to take significant responsibility and the possibility for exposure both within the bank and with our clients.

As part of our team, you will participate in bond market transactions across different industries and credit risk profiles, and advising clients in the Nordic region. Your duties will include preparing company, sector and market analysis, building and maintaining pricing models, producing presentations, and other deal-related documentation. Furthermore, you will take active part in maintaining and establishing client relationships in our efforts towards securing new bond transactions.

To be able to perform we believe you have a proven record of accomplishment, one to five years of success from DCM origination, corporate finance, leverage finance or other relevant client facing activities. You have higher relevant education, in example a master’s degree within finance or a technical field, with strong grades. You are an analytic person by nature and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. It is important that you have strong inter-personal skills and that you possess strong time-management, multitasking and independent decision-making abilities, with attention to details. You have a strong interest in finance, and you are ambitious, willing to learn, and take responsibility for your work. Programming experience is an advantage.

The position requires strong written and oral communication skills, in English and Norwegian.
