Sales Manager
Our Sales Department in Wärtsilä Norway AS would like to hire a proactive and customer oriented Sales Manager with a strong can-do attitude. Are you the one we are looking for?
Place of work: Asker, Bømlo or Stord
Your main responsibilities as Sales Manager will be:
- Maintain and further develop new and present assigned customer relationships
- Identify and develop new sales projects
- Actively plan and implement customer visits providing a strong and professional support to our customers
- Ensure that customer inquiries, are responded to in a prompt and professional manner
- Sales project budgeting and offer preparation
- Develop, report and assume accountability for sales and margin budget among assigned customer accounts
REQUIREMENTS
You understand the industry, market drivers and our customers business. In addition you know the market, the industry players and the local conditions and regulations. You have technical knowledge about the industry's products and solutions.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Business and sales process development skills.
Negotiation, risk management and customer relationship management skills
Commercial, contractual and deal closing skills.
EDUCATION:
Economical / Commercial or Technical education (BSc/MSc/MBA)
EXPERIENCE:
Relevant work experience.
Relevant experience from Business Development, Project Sales and Sales Account Management.
