Specialist Engineer Mechanical Maintenance

NES Advantage manage recruitment services for customers like Aker Solutions and MHWirth. Due to our customers winning new contracts and demand for more resources on long term assignments, we are looking for a Specialist Engineer Mechanical Maintenance. The position will be based in Stavanger.

Job Description:

The candidate will take the maintenance lead role on one of the major ongoing projects with frequent interface with the project organisation and the client.
The role will be a part of a growing team with various responsibilities within Reliability & Maintenance management towards one of the major oil companies in Norway.

• Responsible for establishing maintenance strategy and execute maintenance deliveries
• Criticality analysis
• Maintenance programs, routines including condition based maintenance
• Ensure that the maintenance deliveries are of high quality and according to project specification
• Continuously work to improve how we work

Qualifications:

• University degree within engineering or similar
• 10+ years of experience within fields of mechanical- and/or electro engineering, with good understanding of maintenance management
• Experience with rotating mechanical equipment for instance compressors, turbines, electrical generators etc is an advantage
• Experience as part of an operation team will be considered as positive
• Experience from use of maintenance module in Workmate and SAP PM
• Needs to be organized and proactive
• Software Skills : SAP PM, WorkMate
• Language Skills : Norwegian, English
